TOC'S Custard Tart

Yes, there are a lot of flavors in this.  Yes, it does need a minimum 14 day steep, but it's also exactly what I've been craving for a year and finally was able to make it work the way I wanted it.  We use the two custards, and French vanilla ice cream to add that egg custard that's been so hard for me to get.  Two cookies, along with the croissant, for a sweet buttery tart.  Vanilla pudding and Creme anglaise for the rich vanilla spread throughout.  A delicious egg forward tart for your enjoyment don't forget to let me know what you think!

  1. This sounds delicious, and exactly something I would do. Going to try it out soon, as I've recently acquired Creme Anglaise.
