Let's talk delicious pumpkin pie. This recipe has been one I've struggled with for years and FINALLY got it right thanks to Flavorah's Yam flavor.  FLV Yam is the PERFECT pumpkin pie flavor, straight from a can of pureed pumpkin with no spices! Everything else in this recipe is building off that solid base, and believe me, NO other flavor concentrate substitution will work in it's place, I've tried all of them!  The Cheesecake GC and Sugar Cookie (CAP) build the crust along with the butter.  Yes you could substitute those for another pie crust but for me this worked brilliantly.  The eggnog (FLV) and Vanilla Custard (CAP) along with Sweet Cream (FLV) work for the sweet pumpkin flavor to rest inside.  If you used any substitution I would only use the Vanilla Custard V2 (cap).  The sweetener is definitely interchangeable so feel free to use any accept EM which mutes flavors and won't help here.  


Note:  I encourage you to visit the recipes on ELR prior to mixing.  If there are any updates on these flavor concentrates, that's where you'll find them.  As you'll notice in the photo, we used Yam at .50% we increased it to 1.00% to bring forward more of the pumpkin flavor.
